      -Consistantly provides FALSE promises -Serious lack of Transparency -A person is hired under false pretenses; after the hiring process is over whatever benefits/incentives that were agreed to will be revoked -Changes employee roles within the company without notice, then mandate they adhere to their newly set postition, which was never applied/hired for.

      There are no longer any.

      Cons

      Salary is below market. Benefits cost increasing every year so any raises essentially just going to benefits. High turnover. Will promote externally. Will hire people in the same position externally as you for 20,000 more but won’t give you a 5% raise.
