Company culture is not having fresh fruit at the office. It is not offering 35 hours in July and August, or offering flexible schedule and then having your employees burned out because the caos is everywhere and everybody has already left at 15:30 but the business is opened all day long.
During the time I spent in LT I have witnessed this fake image of cool and modern company, claiming to be interested in mental health and well being of the employees and then firing them with no reason, no action plan or PIP and no notice. I saw senior management not providing any coaching session in months, or even YEARS and fullfilling annual evaluations where everything was ok, except then firing people because they "were not aligned with company values". Which values? Gossip was more considered than feedback. Constructive feedback was taken negatively and people who don't agree with their model are isolated and eventually fired. At the same time they present themselves as the most dynamic company in the market. Senior management is everything but dynamic, not opened to real innovation, evolution, improvement. Money is the only value of the company, money making and more money making. Plus, their business is unethical. I do not recommend this workplace at all.
