Leadpages has been one of the best places I’ve worked as a developer. The engineering culture is collaborative, fast-moving, and values getting things done the right way with low ego. The leadership team, especially under Michael Sacca, is transparent and deeply engaged with the team. There’s a clear vision for the product, and our roadmap reflects that.
There are real opportunities to ship meaningful features, own systems, and contribute to the broader direction. I’ve grown more here in one year than I did in three years at my previous role. Career development is taken seriously, with frameworks, feedback tools, and learning platforms that actually get used.
The company culture blends focus with flexibility. People take their work seriously but also bring humor, warmth, and balance into the day-to-day. There’s no micromanagement and meetings are kept minimal.
Cons
Things move fast and sometimes shift direction. That comes with the territory in a scaling company. If you prefer a highly structured environment with lots of guardrails, it might not be the best fit.
