Pros

With the exception of the leadership, the company hires great people with a lot of talent. They offers perks such as snacks, alcohol and a modern work environment.

Cons

The leadership is by for the most unprofessional group, you could ever encounter in a professional setting. They use scare tactics rather than employee development to attempt to achieve things. There is no clear goal or future for the company, they try to do too many things at once but never successfully accomplish anything to completion. Leadership encourages shifty business tactics to acquire and retain clients. The company rarely promotes from within, but if they do so, it only to prove a point. The company strives for mediocrity, rather than trying to the best.

The writer here brings up a few valid points most of which, have been addressed over the past five months. With regards to the leadership, much has changed, not only in setting clear and concise goals for the future but also with regards to transparency and consensus building. We have promoted eight staffers from within this quarter, five of those employees were elevated to management or director roles. Also, we are striving to mentor and provide leadership guidance to all managers.

Pros

I was paid while working mostly from home, so this was something notably positive from my experience. Would recommend to a friend due to this! From my perspective, and those I worked closely with, the work culture requires a high degree of adaptability and emotional resilience to navigate effectively. I was not capable of meeting the expectations of Leadnomics leadership, so I made the decision to depart due to the feedback I received regarding my own inadequacies. I learned a lot from this experience!

Cons

It’s worth noting that I signed a non-disparagement agreement upon joining this company, which limits my ability to share specific feedback. Prospective employees should carefully assess whether the company’s culture and leadership style align with their own working preferences. I took some time to reflect before writing this review, as the leadership style left a strong impression and required careful thought to evaluate my experience. The company does not have a dedicated HR department, which can make navigating workplace concerns or policies more challenging. Employees seeking formalized support structures might find this environment less accommodating, but since it is a startup, this is not out of the ordinary.
