Not many! Being youth led, it can be a bit unorganized at times.

I loved LIT. Everyone was young, like-minded, and very progressive. The pay was good, it was pretty organized, and very relaxed.

One higher-up specifically would never respond adequately to important emails. I ended up just working around her and finding support elsewhere.
