Pros
Peers were good people, fun to work with
Cons
Upper management could care less about you as a person or an employee. The c-level executives won't even acknowledge you, and it's not a big office so it make it awkward and makes you feel so insignificant. They don't know how to manage their clients and projects efficiently, so the company grew quickly hiring several employees and then they began to crash just as quickly firing all of those employees shortly after. Their counterpart on the west coast also bought themselves out of a drowning company so they could run things their way...a better, more efficient way.
Also, there is no clear path for growth. Don't get me wrong, there were some managers who really cared, but there were also several who didn't. I never was allowed the opportunity to shine, take the lead, or even sit down with my manager and talk about career goals. Poor management all the way around, and it starts from the VERY top, down.
