Pros
The best reasons was that I needed a job. They are definitely cheap and from exisiting employees I still keep in contact with, they are the same.
Cons
They are definitely cheap in regards to how they treat employees, & without support, especially during stressful periods. Which is basically what they provide to customers. Cheap, issue-ridden support. If you want cheap without the support, then they are your place. But if you want a culture where management support their employees, then I'd give them a wide birth.
