Pros
Entrepreneurial minded and great people at LJ. I was so nervous when I first began but I've developed and have grown in my areas of communication and personable skills. LJ fosters a collaborative workplace, truly. We all work together to help each other be successful, which is my favorite part about LJ. It's probably the only place I've been where a company truly takes my feedback and ideas and A B tests them to find adequate solutions. Overall, LJ makes me feel appreciated. My opinions and ideas are valued and I hope to continue long-term with the company. More Pros: So many snacks, beverages, doggy-friendly, and fun work environment.
Cons
I personally don't have any cons to list besides some outdated equipment that sometimes affects the infrastructure, but they are working quickly to upgrade since other integrations and implementations have already been initiated and completed. Note: This job can be very fast-paced and managing your time is critical if you aren't accustomed to managing your own day and the relationship between clients.
