Fraud Company - Two offer letters, first one you will get before joining the company in which remuneration and general details of the company is mentioned and after that you ll leave your current job all excited to join a new company. Second offer letter you ll get post joining in which all the terms and conditions are mentioned that you ll be on probation for 6 months where as industry standard are 3 months, Company can fire you in 2 days but if you want to leave you ll have to serve 2 months of notice period or have to pay for the notice period waiver. Now you are stuck and you have to accept whatever is written in the offer letter, you can't go back to your previous company. DO NOT JOIN THEM. Honest suggestion they are fraud just think why there is a need for two offer letters and why they did not mention all the policies in the first offer letter and stop you to take an informed decision. Over hiring, many people in small area and every one can go to any school. In short at the end of season they will throw two life jackets in the pool of 8 and it is upto you to grab it and will leave every one else to drown. My request to everyone don't leave your current job even if they will pay you more than what you are expecting. They hire people for six months from September to February or March max and then will ask you to leave(six months probation, don't forget)
