Pros
1. Feel good - They make you "think" they care about engineers and you can "talk to them if you have a problem". 2. Unlimited leave - So when they fire you they don't have to pay you.
Cons
After 1 month of joining and working on a project for 2 weeks, COO and HR get on a 15 min call with me and say "You are not a Founder CEO, we only want CEOs, so we are letting you go, as leaves are unlimited you will not get paid" I was shocked but then even the person firing me is not a Founder CEO. I ask is it just me, then they say that "We are letting off 1-2 people slowly so we are not in the news in Linkedin for layoffs" 1. Promised immigration but told lies. 2. Promised projects but told lies and offered nothing. I have more experience than the person who fired me. 3. Firing people but founder is creating Linkedin post saying we are hiring people(which is also lies). 4. Intentionally gaslighting employees in Townhall saying we are not firing people, here's 10k for hiring people.
