Terribly disorganized management that treats employees without respect or dignity. Husband and wife have primary control over the operation and the sole hired individual in charge of HR does not properly advocate for employees - any complaints or concerns brought are dismissed by management. A very unpleasant place to work that is at best a toxic workplace environment.
