Pros
Small company where you can easily outshine others, work isn't hard, small. Things would be better if you worked in their Canada offices.
Cons
You're expected to stick to the 8-5 schedule and alternate schedules are not encouraged. Management is lacking and you feel disconnected from headquarters up in Canada. You can't figure out if management is trying to run this part of the company to the ground or not.
