Pros
Good parties, opportunities for networking with other departments. Lots to learn, transferable skills. Easy to put in a year and then move on to a better insurance company.
Cons
Customer Service Department employees are like second class citizens in the company. You're surrounded by rich successful lawyers and executives but you're poor. Fun parties, fancy catering and booze is a plus but it can only go so far.
