      Pros

      Employees are great people to work with. Owners are wonderful

      Cons

      The hr Dept gets involved where they shouldn't. Middle management is weak. Managers and hr allow bullying because of who people know and are related to. No growth

      Pros

      This company delivers a welcoming, people-centric culture with strong benefits, generous time off, and a hybrid schedule that blends remote and in-office work effectively. While the pay scale is lower than competing agencies, the overall compensation package is enhanced by excellent training and strong support for career advancement and education.

      Cons

      While there are several strong leaders and a generally supportive culture, I encountered significant challenges related to leadership and HR responsiveness to a situation with another employee that affected daily work life.
