Whatever it Takes - Teacher Laurus Trust Employee Review

The motto is literally "Whatever it Takes". If that isn't enough to scare you - good luck. I was doing well in first half term. My timetable got shifted just before the holidays to one which added 10 hours a week to my workload. No support offered until I asked for it and complained. When I took 3 days off for stress I had a meeting where my mentor and tutor both made me feel like it was my fault. Still traumatised to this day.
