Nothing much to mention here

Everything here is good. 1- canteen free 2- Bus fare free 3- Mediclaim policy free upto 1.5 lakhs 4- Food quality also good for other states. 5- 5 day working 6- Surprise bonus( we don't know why we getting bonus) 7- Work- life balance

1- HR should give a good hike to new experienced candidate 2- increment policy should be improved 3- Management side good but inside the labs AGM, DGM,SRS level people not good. Doing cheap politics for save their seat. 4- Company giving Saturday Sunday off but Team leader always call every Saturday Sunday to come to office.(FARD department). HR should take action on this.
