Pros
I learnt so much, developed so many skills, created so many processes, training programmes, even re-designed a product successfully.
Cons
The company culture is so bad, the moral is so low resulting in so much bullying and rudeness. This is the first company I've worked for where there is no team spirit, everyone is waiting for you to make a mistake so they can unleash all the anger they have inside.
The environment has most definitely hurt my mental health. People create groups and if they don't like you will gang up on you and completely break you down, via Slack or email. If you raise a complaint to the HR team you will get ignored, and if you stand up for yourself you're automatically the aggressor.
You can respect the company, always deliver quality work, improve processes, increase revenue and support out of hours, and still be told that you're not important and your contributions are not worthy enough for a thank you or a goodbye.
