Pros
- good working environment - good people - get on with the job - own van - OK for a short time -
Cons
- constant abuse from managers went out on the road - managers are nice in front of your face but behind your backs a different story - company doesn't care about you personally or your life - the more jobs you complete the longer your day - If you stop for a short period of time the customer team will constantly ask you why have you stopped. - 20 minute breaks are not enough for a 9.5 hour or 10 hour shift - expect up to 25 to 30 jobs once you gain experience in first few weeks - the pay is terrible and doesn't weigh on the amount of work you do for them. - at the end of each month you will be under payed on top of tax deductions and anything else they will take admin fees if you get a parking ticket.plus your final net pay isn't what you are expecting to receive - you are just a number to them nothing else you can be replaced easily. - false advertisement in the job role ads online - you are only paid up to when you finish even if your are contract 9.5 or 10 hours a day and dont think if trying to waste time covering those hours they will cut it from your timesheet
