Pros
During my time as an intern with Launch Local I was able to learn a bunch of valuable skills that I will use throughout the rest of my professional career. Everyone that works there is always upbeat and super easy to talk to about anything. I've honestly never worked for a company that had so many cheery people before (its kind of refreshing). If I only had one (I've had many great ones) takeaway from this position, it would have o be the way this job has opened up my eyes to the kind of employee I can be. This job breathes motivation out of its employees and that motivation helped me push myself to become the professional I want to be in my life.
Cons
I have not had any issues while working for this company. I have had issues with other companies, but in the months that I have been employed here I have enjoyed my time.
