Pros

I've been with Laudable since early on and have watched the culture grow into a truly unique, "always put the shopping cart back", silly goose culture. I feel ownership in my work, daily. I dictate a lot of my daily tasks myself, and always dictate the way I want to work. I may put in over 40 hours a week but I do it the way I want to - and I do so on work that engages and challenges me. The best part of this company is working for a CEO and leadership team that individually value each employee, spend the time to learn what they do best, and develop the ideal role to make the most of that. My role has changed so much in my time here and I feel that I'm working on things now that I truly enjoy. Plus the company retreats are really really fun 😆 we just did a few days in Orlando and Harry Potter world.

Cons

Be ready to work! We love what we do, support each other daily, and enable employees to work the way THEY want to. But the fact is: we're growing fast and it's hard work! It can get stressful - small companies are like that. But we're here to help.

Pros

As someone who's worked in other B2B marketing spaces, Laudable has been a standout experience for me personally and professionally. It's lead by a driven CEO with a knack for breaking down a clear vision with even clearer objectives. This is so important especially because we're building a product in tangent with a fully operational service business. Laudable's gracious PTO and "manage your own work hours" allows me to schedule my life and work the way that I need in order to be happy and productive. I'm genuinely very happy here and can't wait to grow my career with Laudable!

Cons

There's the inevitable lack of "water cooler talk" since this is a fully remote company, but the learning curve is quick. It's allowed me to be more creative in intentionally connecting with my coworkers.
