Pros
• fair salary comparing to other low cost airlines • salary combined of basic part+ flight hours + sales commission + out of base and other bonuses • 3 days off after every block of 5 working days • roster published one week in advance • Published roster doesn’t change too much • option to select ‘base preferences’ which give us possibility to relocate in other bases • high possibility to upgrade if you stay in company for couple of years (PU, SEPI, SEPE, BS etc)
Cons
• comparing to other low cost really nothing to complain about • after Covid a lot of people left for bigger companies so a lot of new inexperienced crew • sometimes colleges abuse calling sick so you are unexpectedly called from standby
