They are a niche company. They know what they do well and mine it. Great client relations and networks. Remote working is the norm, and they do a great job with day-to-day process. The people are nice, and thats not easy to find these days.

Growth has added many new people and processes tend to get a little muddy, but thats very normal for most companies in fast growth mode.
