      I left without giving them a year.

      Cons

      They actively celebrated when white, heterosexual men were the least promoted group in the company. Their database architecture was terrible.

      Pros

      Good product that is still best in class although very competitive landscape. Investment in product should pay off in long run. Bouncing back from wave of leadership changes and outlook is looking positive.

      Lots of ongoing changes so tough for people who are not flexible or able to adjust to new ways of doing things

      Some good leaders but so much change

      Cons

      Company changed so much, no direction. Went with one plan for two years then pivoted. CEO exited and its the blind leading the blind. Comp is terrible for sales.
