At Lasting Dynamics, we are strongly committed to recognizing people’s contribution through a combination of competitive salaries, additional compensation and performance-based bonuses. Over the past years, the company has distributed approximately €300K–€500K per year in bonuses across the team, in addition to salaries and other benefits. We continuously benchmark our compensation policies against the Italian and Spanish markets, with the goal of remaining above the average for comparable expertise, seniority and responsibilities.
Regarding our organizational model, Lasting Dynamics is known for its Agile-as-a-Service approach, which is based on autonomy, trust and accountability. We intentionally promote self-management and empower teams to take ownership of their work, while keeping project management structures lean and focused. Scrum Masters and project leads are involved where needed to support delivery, remove blockers and ensure alignment, without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
