      you get paid for a 10 hour shift even if you finish early. There are literally no other pros

      Cons

      management is awful they use and abuse you never helpful unless the driver is on duty as dispatch that they use an underpay. Hes helpful.

      can be easy if you show you're not a hard worker they won't rely on you to do tough routs

      Cons

      NO 10 hour guarantee find another DSP that offers this and work there instead
