      Pros

      I really love the company atmosphere. I like the company motto, how they represent themselves and the 'family' feel to it. I've meet so many of the higher managers and owners and it never felt awkward or as if they're on a pedestal.

      Cons

      some of the people hired aren't material for the company goal. I also wish I felt like I was paid my worth. the amount of work I put into the company and store, feels too much for the pay compensation.

      Pros

      Learned a couple things but wasn't allowed to learn anywhere near as much as I wanted too. I did a REALLY good job there, reducing shrink, figuring out how some things work, and building a great team.

      Cons

      No support from direct leadership. They sit on the computer all day and talk all day. If you need support with physical tasks it won't happen. No work/life balance. Definitely discriminatory decisions made by leadership as far as myself and my team went. Technology is outdated if even existing. Therefore extremely inefficient management of time and waste of money for no good reason.
