-More work is thrown on you because company is understaffed and struggles to hire/retain people. -There is no compensation for the additional work added to your plate -Expectations don't match reality as there aren't enough people to meet the needs of demand or support of customers. -Because there are multiple projects going on and not enough people it can be hard to get the help you need. -HR -Management isn't consistent about decisions. -
