      Upper management takes very good care of all employees regardless of role or responsibilities.

      Sometimes patients can be rude or try to hold the clinic accountable for factors outside of their control such as insurance authorizations.

      Pros

      Flexible work hours with easy to taalk to bosses and friendly, energetic co-workers. Love working here. Feels like family.

      Cons

      The benedit package could be a little more desirable but the overall work environment is fantastic!

      There was very poor management. There was no room for advancement. No pay raises in the two years I was there

      Cons

      Flexible schedule. I was allowed to work on Saturdays to make up missing time. There was opportunity to work with little supervision
