They have a great family atmosphere, and care about employees work/life balance. They pay well, and bonuses for holidays have been common. I would highly recommend Larkin Hoffman to anyone. The benefits are also generous. There are 9 holidays, 1.5 floating holidays, 6 days of sick and 2 weeks of vacation (starting). Some positions do offer a hybrid work model.

In my experience, some managers should be trained on communication, otherwise not be in positions to supervise. This is only very, very few managers/supervisors. Overal you won't have an issue.
