Products are good, pipeline is promising

Cons

Lots of “Directors”, very heavy on personnel, people who love their process. Most are not remotely qualified to be in their roles. Patients come last, so that's the same for customers. Profitability rules and everyone is trying to keep their job rather than focusing on what is truly important.

- compensation is strong - many great colleagues in middle management - great work life balance and flexibility

Cons

- company financial trouble. Only 50% annual bonus payout in 2025 - Target pipeline and company goals are in limbo, General uneasy feeling and cultural since CEO retired.
