Joining without any experience in technology I was able to seamlessly join the BA team from day one and was given consistent mentorship to help me towards my desired career regardless of where this was. The company culture encouraged everyone to speak to anyone allowing me to engage with all senior leaders at any time. this environment gave a strong feeling of care and well-being from not only my team and manager but from others in the company. By the end of my internship I certainly felt like an integral part of the company and its collective goals and could not recommend a better environment that cultivates talent and opportunities.
