This company is entirely dependent on the intepreters' professionalism and how they perform their duties, and yet the interpreters get compensated a fraction from what they really earn for the company. Not only is the pay low, this company doesn't treat you as a human being by offering you a comprehensive health insurance. I'm sure that the LLS management is fine and is getting a lot of benefits that makes them feel that they are being respected and valued. And surely they don't experience any remorses that all those benefits come at the cost of interpreters who have no protections and no representation in the management. Truth be told, the whole industry is plagued by low pay and abuse. Interpreters should unionize!
