Pros
- Most of the employees have very interesting backgrounds and reasons for their interest in using language as a way to connect/help people. - Still a smaller company vibe when I was there. I could walk down the hall to IT and speak with them in person. - I had a great boss for much of the time I was in the department. Pushed me but allowed me to learn a lot. - At one point much of the employees were bused to Hershey Park for a day to celebrate in the company's successes.
Cons
- As with any customer-service-oriented job, you have just as many difficult clients as great ones. - Hours during on-site implementations can be brutal--long, on-point, on-your-feet days. Remote educational sessions can also take place outside of typical office hours, depending on clients' needs.
