- Technically you're employed so you're eligible for discounted health insurance. Unless you're one of the contractors (which is most "employees"), then good luck.
Cons
- They never tell you what you can actually work on to get a promotion - Annual reviews are rigged against you to minimize raises, because there's literally no way to "exceed expectations"
