Pros
They don't have as many clients as other companies, mostly social security calls. The work is very simple and they have a pretty decent call volume. I don't have compensation or benefits as a contractor, but I get to work from home and connect when you can.
Cons
I'd like to get paid more per minute. There is no room for growth within the company. You're an interpreter and you'll stay an interpreter, making the same amount of money per minutes whether you're reliable or not, whether you put in many hours or not.
