Pros
The people that I worked with were amazing, my supervisors were collaborative with me and made me feel supported and valued, the projects were interesting, and the office environment made me really want to be there in person.
Cons
The company is in the process of wanting to expand and grow to become a "National Powerhouse". I think that's great, but what I liked about Langan when I joined was that it felt like a smaller company even though there were about 1,100 employees across the country in 2019. It's beginning to lose that vibe and I hope that they can find it again even with all of their acquisitions lately.
