Roadway Engineering and Survey are the main areas of the company. It's a good place to start learning about Transportation and Survey. People in the company are nice and will help you if you ask.

The company does not offer any continuous programs or training for your personal and/or professional development. Vacations are not flexible, accrued and very limited. It's a straight 8/5 (8 hr/5 days/week) office work culture. Change and innovation are hard to accomplish and decision making is slow.
