Pros
The freedom to do what I want when I want. The freight is always there and in abundance. the people are very friendly, and it's like being a member of a large family. The pay is always on time. They have a wonderful open house , and they serve the best food. They also have an open door policy, if you have to talk to someone. If problems happen you always can get them resoved.
Cons
You have got to be kidding!! The only reason there would be a downside to working at Landstar is if you are not a business person and just a wheel holder. They give you all the tools, but they do not show you how to use them. If you come here you better already know how to run your truck.
