Pros
The owner is a fair kind person, not just an owner. He understand that we are all moms or dads, not just employees. It is a small company and we are all like family, we do what we can to help each other out and the schedule is very flexible around our personal activites with our children.
Cons
The stress of the day to day activites. The management company lets the Managers run their property with little control from them. The downside is that there are a lot more responsibilites than other companies. No matter how great the management company is, it's never easy to evict a resident or fire an employee.
