The best reason to work at Landmark Health is the Mission to transform Healthcare and the Belief that their employees should always do what is right for their patients even when it is hard. This rapidly growing start up has a real personal, authentic, family feel and you will feel welcomed and recognized if you can live/work the Mission and Belief.
Cons
Because it is rapidly growing there is regular change which can be hard to keep up with. At times leadership and field staff can feel spread thin.
