Challenging startup with lots of learning opportunities - Anonymous employee Landmark Bio Employee Review

Landmark Bio is still building itself up, creating a lot of change and sometimes chaos. Those who have worked in start-ups before will recognize this and know it is part of the process. Those who have not worked at a startup before and are more familiar with larger, established, organizations may struggle at first. Overall, it is a great mission driven company with a leadership team that is committed not just to the success of the company but also to the success and growth of it's staff.

Everyone is very busy and it can be chaotic at times. I don't think Landmark Bio is unique in this however and it is part of building a company.

The benefits and the cross functional support was good.

The company has gone down hill. It has been through two layoffs.
