Pros
Top down, everyone within the organization are approachable, experienced, and genuinely invested in your success. The client pool is expansive, and the ability to come in, make an impact, and feel heard within the organization is apparent from day one. Every team operates at a high professional standard. It’s a fast paced, high pressure environment, but you’re given real autonomy over your desk and the opportunity to create your own success. Everyone in the organization is consistently recognized.
Cons
The pace and expectations are high, like most recruiting roles, this isn’t a knock against Landing Point, but rather a reflection of the nature of the industry itself. Compared to other recruiting jobs, this is by far the most professional and enjoyable environment I’ve had the pleasure of being part of.
Recruiting in general isn’t the best fit for someone seeking a more laid back environment. Landing Point equips individuals with everything they need for success, and their commitment to continuous improvement is evident throughout the organization. Every recruiter is empowered, and expected, to take full accountability for their performance.
