I am constantly having to fight to get myself paid according to LANDING'S OWN POLICIES. As a full-time employee, it's incredibly frustrating to be depending on these jobs and showing up, only for them to be cancelled or unable to be completed due to a Landing error...and then not being compensated fairly, or compensated at all. ! This company has consequences for hosts who drop jobs, but they so easily and carelessly cancel jobs every week on hosts..At this point, I've lost over $1K on jobs just being cancelled.
The "chat" feature is also very frustrating, because you're doing jobs in real-time having to wait for answers from an understaffed HQ. I have waited up to an hour on jobs waiting to hear back from HQ. it's like if you have a problem on a job, you message HQ, who then has to message a different department..It's just disorganized, and unreliable..time consuming.
Really the worst part is feeling like Landing does not care at all about wasting my time, and not paying me..when I work SO hard to represent the company well and do my best in every job.
