      Its a job and with the current market its a pro to have one. If you get offered the role take it and keep recruiting. Company loyalty doesn't mean anything.

      - Overworked, and when I mean overworked I mean... OVERWORKED! - Upper Management have HUGE egos. Cool-- you got into Y-Combinator

      Pros

      I've learned an incredible amount very quickly, had real ownership, and worked with passionate, extremely smart people who genuinely care. It's super refreshing and feels like a rocketship

      Cons

      The pace is intense and expectations are high, so it wouldn’t be the right fit if you’re looking for a low pressure environment.
