      People you work with are great!

      Upper management has no clue about the selling process at the frontlines of the feed industry. Beth Ford could care less about the Feed Division, All she wants to do is rub shoulders with the big boys in the Food Industry. They don't care or help the local salespeople like they used to years ago.
