      Pros

      I love my job! Great place to work. Competitive pay and bonuses. Tons of freedom to try new ideas. Great and supportive coworkers.

      Cons

      Lots of moving parts, need to be organized to succeed here. Don’t offer benefits but offer additional pay stipend to cover benefits so it all works out.

      The company does a very poor job of caring for customer concerns. The Operations leadership is very sloppy, making promises and then ignoring customer concerns.
