A regrettable experience! - Care Connector LanceSoft Employee Review

The onboarding process was nightmare. To describe my experience in one word would be incompetent . You are constantly harassed by recruiters to sign on for opportunities. Conflicting information was constantly provided from one associate to another. The unavailability of recruiters and other personnel made it extremely difficult to communicate. Experienced so many difficulties throughout the onboarding process started to believe the company was a scam. Would not recommend to facilitate any employment opportunities.
