Daily poor management and micromanagement (each evening it's mandatory to send a report to the manager stating every task that you've done during the day, which will be commented, often with harsh tones, the next day in a group email - this is because they are extremely controlling and will give you no trust that you can do the job). It's forbidden to have lunch in the office and bring food inside, even water bottles disturb the manager. Do not accept a role here especially as a first experience, you will be put down and exploited.

to many to explain.. but you're undnerpay, you're being shout at, you're being lied to and you have to lie for the business, you're being disrespected daily, they are clearly racists, they take advantage of young people, if you're a female than welcome to hell. if you want to live a living nightmare then go for it
