Pros
Small division of a larger well established company. Great benefits and pay. Ability to learn many new things in diverse areas. Interesting product.
Cons
President doesn't seem to care about anybody at levels lower than management. Doesn't direct the company and is rarely in the office. Management doesn't always appear to be in agreement. The corporate values are just talk and not actually followed by everyone.
