Local family-owned business with a good reputation. Good pay and job security in the industry. For office staff, you have your hours that you're expected to be in the office each day. There are no work from home options. There's a lot of variety each day, so if you like jobs where each day is different, then choose Lamers. Overall I think the ownership and management is good and they support the staff. Everyone works together to support if there are driver needs at nearby terminals

There are high-stress times of the year like the first day of school. Parents don't understand that those first couple of weeks, things just take longer while kids get used to riding the bus, and drivers learn which kids ride the bus. So bus routes will be running behind schedule those first couple weeks.
